International applicants who want to start their studies at the Academy must submit proof of English language proficiency to the Academy's Admissions Committee.

International applicants who do not have the above-mentioned English language proficiency international certificates at the required level but who have completed basic/secondary/vocational/higher education in English do not need to prove their English language proficiency. The Admissions Committee's Chair will check your previous educational documents.

Exchange students' English language proficiency requirements are the same as those for international applicants to the Academy's degree study programs.
